St. Geme has over 25 years of Buy Side and Sell Side experience. 

From 2004 until Present, St. Geme has mostly researched, isolated and accumulated shares in undervalued public equity targets with the ultimate objective being to acquire substantial interests when and if the opportunity presents itself.  He has also performed a variety of Investment Banking activities for several corporations.

For example, between 2005 and 2008, St Geme accumulated in excess of 12% of SmartPros Ltd ("SPRO" Nasdaq) which he liquidated and returned in excess of 55%.  


From 1994 through 2004 St Geme was sole Founder and Manager of St. Geme Partners, L.P., and he was also consistently its largest shareholder by far.  St. Geme founded St. Geme Partners with about $2.9 million in capital and grew it mostly organically to a peak of nearly $240 million in less than 7 years.  St. Geme Partners, L.P. invested solely in publicly traded securities.  During four of its ten years of operations, St. Geme Partners earned audited net returns of over 100% in 1995, 1998, 1999 and 2003 (including 433% in 1998).[1][1][2][2]  During 1996, St. Geme Partners earned an audited net return of over 70%.  From its February 1994 inception through December 1999, St. Geme Partners, L.P. generated an Audited compounded annual rate of return of 110%.  St. Geme Partners, LP returned capital in 2004. 

Prior to 1994, St. Geme gained approximately seven years experience on the sell side, including nearly four years with Lehman Brothers (1990 – 1993) where he was a Senior Vice President – Investments and a member of the Director’s Council.     

Peter St. Geme graduated from Stanford University where he earned AB and MA degrees in 1982 and 1983 respectively.  St. Geme also played Varsity football at Stanford which paid for his tuition. 

St. Geme also earned an MBA in two years from the University of Cincinnati in 1986 where he paid his academic tuition by working as a graduate assistant football coach at the university.


St. Geme resides in San Francisco, Ca with his wife and three sons.
